Coherence Data Grid for Spring provides Spring developers with a new resource to manage, process, share and integrate application data - the Data Grid.

As an extension to Tangosol Coherence (Application and Data Grid editions) and Spring 2.x, Coherence Data Grid for Spring introduces a new POJO-based data management concept - the Data Grid Bean - that enables Spring developers to effortlessly construct Spring-based applications where state is managed and processed in a Data Grid (without needing to deploy additional servers, perform bytecode manipulation or invasively wrap POJOs for clustering or storage).

Building upon the resilient, scalable and high performance Tangosol Coherence Data Grid infrastructure, Spring Applications may break free of the single server deployment limitations to transparently work together, share and process information in a highly concurrent and lock-free manner, just as they would in a standard single server Spring application.
